Can work from home 1-2 days per week (sometimes more depending on the partner). some flexibility with start and finish times (depending on the partner). inconsistency across the firm eg business operations staff are attending the office 1-2 days per week and working remotely for weeks away from home (eg holidays), taking time-in-lieu, going to the gym in the middle of the day, but there's a higher expectation that legal staff are available 9am-5pm (or longer).
