Pretty flexible. my role is primarily office based.
Work hours are quite flexible. it is expected that you are on site if your job requires it. 9 day fortnights in this instance. can ask to spend more time working from perth, which is nice if needed. flexible start and end times in perth.
Employer is flexible within reason, as long as the work is getting done.
Need to work 8 hours a day, my team is wfh on thursday and friday. good flexibility about working from home other days, just need to give a heads up and communicate and it's usaully all fine
