Culture in the office is great, everyone is super supportive and is willing to help you as a grad. As a cohort, we have become quite close so spend a lot of time socialising after work. Sydney isn't the head office so sometimes it can be quite isolating if your team is not based there.
I always feel Nab's culture is very inclusive and supportive. People I met all showing nice personality and kind heart
