The organisation supports a range of working arrangements, including flexible start and finish times, compressed hours, and remote or hybrid work options—depending on operational requirements and team needs
My work hours are very flexible, and my employer is very supportive.
7.5 hours/day. You will have access to flextime, allowing you to work shorter/longer hours, so long as they balance out in the long term. You can work your hours between 7am-7pm, or arrange alternative arrangements with your supervisor. You can negotiate flexible working (including working from home, compressed hours), and the Agency policy has a bias towards approving these. Most employees have 1-2 working from home days a week.
