7.6 hours a day but depending on managers they are pretty flexible on the hours you do.
There are 2 mandatory office days which I am satisfied with.
It does depend on which team you are in, if flexible hours are required the company is happy to facilitate those discussions. Regarding annual leave and sick leave, I have been treated with respect and understanding from management who have allowed me to have personal time off due to hardships.
