Long on some days, work a little bit extra basically every day.
Nga (or at least my team specifically) is very flexible, with wfh arrangements, flexible distributions of hours throughout the week, and very few instances of push-back when booking leave (with adequate notice).I typically work from home 3 days a week and am able to do longer days earlier in the week to allow for a shortened friday, which is great.
I work 38 hours a week, which is 7.6 hours every day.If i do more than 7.6 hours on a given day, i can do less on another day of the same week as long as that week is at least 38 hours.I can also work from home if it's more convenient, for example if i have an appointment or am sick.
8.5 x hours a day; 1 x day working from home per week; 1 x regular day off per fortnight.
