There are lots of training opportunities within Nova that are run for the grads. from upskilling to social training. graduates are offered professional development money to spend on attending conferences, seminars or purchasing office equipment. The money can also be spent on personal development such as sports and wellbeing equipment.
Plenty of training opportunities for graduates. Have a Professional Development fund which can be used on further training in areas of interest. The opportunity for coaching and mentoring is excellent.
