Very flexible with hours as long as we're contactable by phone and are fulfilling our in paddock requirements and servicing our clients.

Work hours dramatically change based on season. During the summer it's not uncommon to have to work 12hour days. Our branch manager is incredibly flexible and also gives us time off when requested. The only concern is that we have to work substantially more hours than what we are paid for in order to get everything done. I think this needs to be addressed or some compensation given to correct it.
