Currently working a 2:2 roster, 12 hour days. If working an office based role, it's 38 hours a week.
Work hours are 38 hours per week and it's rare that more than that is required and certainly not asked for but if trying to finish some work for the week no overtime will be paid but this is fair as it's voluntary. Site trips do end up being longer hours and there is no clear directive on time in lieu, this is usually up to your manager. Working from home is also an option but working in office requirements are increasing.
Quite flexible.
Origin used to be quite flexible, we could WFH 3x days a week. However, the company has just requested that everyone attend the office 4x days a week, which is now too much, because the days I work from the office there is too much distraction. When I WFH my productivity is much better.
