Work hours is flexible.
Very flexible, as long as you are getting your work done - some people start earlier and end earlier, I prefer working 9-5 hours - some leave office earlier but continue work when they are home - no pressure to stay back late
The company seems very understanding of the needs of its employees in terms of work life balance and family duties. They understand that people have lives outside of work and they encourage this.
