Very flexible with WFH and work hours and appointments etc. It's one of the best parts of the job.

I have the opportunity to work up to 50% of my workweek from home, provided that I be in the office for Monday or Friday each week.
Flexible Working Arrangements are GREAT, you can organise with your team what days to all come into the office. Additionally, working hours are also very flexible, each department should have their own earliest starting time and latest ending time, but as long as your total working time is 7 hours and 36mins (with a minimum 30min break between your 3rd and 6th hour of the day) the time can be as flexible as need be. Just be sure to let your team leader know and get permission from your line manager if you need to go for a bit. (e.g. you have a medical appointment)
