From my experience, QR is inclusive of all groups of people including the above listed.
Diversity in its many forms is a very huge focus for the organisation. It focuses on ensuring everyone feels like they are valued, and respected for who they are and that they belong. As an ethnic person, I have found it to be invaluable.
