I think for entry level, the pay is on the lower side compared to other companies in the private sector. We get good super but don't receive any bonuses.
The pay at QR while reasonable is certainly at the lower end considering graduates in the power indsutry earn significantly more.
We are remunerated very well here at Queensland Rail and don't think we receive bonuses.
