We have flex time that you can accrue if you do over your allotted amount for the day. With manager approval, you can then use your flex time whenever you want.
I complete about 38 hours per week. There is always the option to do more and accumulate flex hours which can later be used for additional paid days off work. Overtime is often available but optional.
