Rampant burnout, unsafe care, unsafe nurse to patient ratios. We create guidelines and policies to follow, but then throw them out the window when they don't work for the day.
Overall I think it is good, although very clique driven. Opportunities given for offical socialising as well as unofficial socialising. Staff work hard to achieve optimal outcomes.
