Many training requirements, all mostly relevant to job requirements, however dual reporting between theatre and grad program not well shared between clinical facilitators. Have not been provided opportunities to genuinely observe or participate in some competencies (such as central lines), so only have a theoretical understanding of requirements
I have to mentors that I can ask for guidance at any time, there is always plenty of opportunities for more training and I'm always given feedback.
