The pay is very poor in comparison to their competitors. Additionally, graduates coming off of the program now are getting paid less than graduates who came off a year ago.

Private healthcare is highly subsidized with medibank private. In gladstone we get free Yaralla access, which includes gym, golf, free movie tickets etc. which is awesome. The 9 day fortnight (every second friday off) is fantastic and makes it much easier to do things on the weekend. It can also be swapped to a different day to help make organising things easier
