Very supportive and accessible. Actively mentor and help in your development planning.
My manager is a strong communicator and makes time at least once a week to chat about WIP, roadblocks and other things. Praise and recognition is good and I should seek more feedback.
Varies from manager to manager. Not a lot of recognition. Internal communication can be better to understand what is happening cross-functionally.
