We are contracted for 37.5 hours per week. During field work opportunities, project hours completed above 40 hours is returned as Time in Lieu on a 1:1 basis. During a general work week, a minimum of 6 hours of work must be completed per day, allowing for a limited amount of flexibility. For remote field work where hours are long, an overnight allowance is provided to cover food and drinks.
I can work remote and move my workhours around as long as it is within "reasonable work hours" where I could be expected to be contacted
Senversa is very flexible when it comes to hours and working arrangements. We are able to work from home 50% of the time, and when doing field work, after 40 hours of work a week, you accrue time in lieu. So, if you have a big week of field work where you end up working 50 hours, you are able to take a day off using your time in lieu. On top of that, Senversa are very flexible with working hours, so if you have an appointment one morning, you can make up the hours elsewhere in the week.
Very flexible when it comes to remote work and working from home. Very accommodating.
Office hours are flexible and are driven by due dates To align with its values Senversa do not strictly follow timesheets but the employers time needs to be justified and discussed where necessary Field work varies, often taking place over the course of 5 days (Mon-Fri) Field work is mostly done over 10hr days, although some work is done over 12hr days As a member of the field team, you need to be flexible although usually get given plenty of time in advance for preparation
