The graduate pay is great when compared to graduate roles at other companies. However the pay is not reflective of the level of responsibility given to the role, which is of a higher job grade. The company's internal recognition system is very good. It allows you to award up to 6 vouchers to other staff members for outstanding performance without approval from your line manager. It also allows for managers to nominate staff for ad hoc monetary awards for outstanding performance.
