Some people in the office are quite nice and willing to help mentor juniors. Culture can be quite muted given the smaller office size (~25), so it may be hard to find people for after-work events. Globally, the firm has cut back on benefits, so there is a gloomy feel recently. The culture can also be quite cutthroat at times. It is truly sink or swim from day 1.
The team culture varies but is generally supportive.
