1. CV/Cover Letter submission 2. Online testing with maths and reasoning questions 3. 1st round interview with 3 cases and 2 behaviour/motivational questions 4. Final round interview with partners consisting of case and motivational questions
The recruitment process includes various stages of psychometric, writing and language assessment; followed by a panel interview and assessment centre. If successful in these stages you will then have to acquire a security clearance which involves various more interviews.
