Flexible in some ways, when necessary, which is good. Makes things easier
Very good FIFO rosters compared to other sites/mining companies. Depending on career direction, good flexibility and possibility to WFH if required.
Not flexible on remote work since restricted laptop & I am expected to be a site based role.
