I feel there are several perks offered in my role. For instance, I am provided the opportunity to participate in social sports, as well access to a gym membership to promote my health and wellbeing.
The pay is highly competitive with top tier firms which is rewarding as a graduate employee. However, there are limited perks beyond this.
