I feel the working hours are reasonable. There will be time when you are required to work a little later, however this is dependent on the firms needs. I have not explored the remote work policy as I currently prefer working in the office.
Work hours are reasonable and there is no requirement to stay long hours. Remote work is not encouraged for graduates, but I don't doubt that accommodations would be made for those in unique circumstances.
