From what I can see most people are very positive about Toll while maintaining realism. There are elements in all business that aren't so great however, the attitude around the business is more of acceptance that we have these issues and are looking for constructive ways to fix them
everyone is caring - not judgemental - not much or any politics from the time I've been here so far - like to have fun to balance work
There are boundaries I LOVE IT. Managers, then the team below. Team work and socialising is common in this environment
Management is very supportive, and focused on learning and teaching.
Most colleagues are friendly and welcoming. Amongst the other Grads, it is common for us to go out for meals after hours.
