As a graduate, this is a pretty good starting point. For some, if you have worked previously in another area, and then come in you, like myself may take a small step backwards, but each year there are reviews for pay, and depending on how well you have achieved your set objectives, enables you to fairly quickly go up. For the most part, I do not believe there are grad bonuses.
Starting salary is quite good for a graduate and there are yearly salary reviews to be inline with the industry average
