The management teams are extraordinarily accessible and friendly to the staff. they make it really easy to approach them with conversation or issues you may have. My experience with them is very good, with them being able to chat to me about ongoing performance, how I'm doing, and ways I can improve, or area's i'm doing well in.
My manager thanks me for the work that I do to help out and gives me feedback on whether they like my work or not.

Really happy. We have Grad managers, and an allocated mentor within the company, which is great for exposure to different people, having support within the business, and taking time out to teach/give feedback.
