The grad development program is very very good. They take you through multiple modules of professional development including, understanding your personality type and how you can use this at work, Project Management (Prince 2), a number of presentation skills workshops, and much more. Further while on the job, you learn so many different ways of doing things from interacting with the team, so you can pick and choose what works best for you.
In IT, there isn't really formal training because it is a rotational program of 4 different streams of the business. This is the first time that they have technology graduates and therefore the process is still quite rough but my manager is very accommodating and flexible.
external and internal platforms both work related. training to progress non specific to current position related
Training in personal development, cultural awareness, and presentation skills. Quite happy with the programs provided.
