The site I work on is a 6am -6pm security controlled warehouse. In saying that I typically work 8 hours a day, say 8-4pm. They are flexible with working from home arrangements but prefer you in the office, as being an operational site, you may sometimes need to go down to the warehouse for elements of your tasks.
I spend 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Standard work hours are 8:30 - 5PM however, most bosses / departments are quite flexible so you can start a little earlier or a little later.

They change depending on what area of work I am based in. Currently more 9-5. Quite flexible, and can work around if things pop up.
