The super benefits are great. I have requested numerous times for a pay increase to match the level of responsibilities i'm managing but with no action.
The pay is high for a graduate role. In my time looking for grad roles i only saw one role with higher pay than this one. We have a 9-day work fortnight as well. Every second friday is a day off for me.

The pay is fair. I received two other graduate role offers, one paid quite a bit less than transgrid and the other paid a bit more. I am happy with my rate of pay for my entry level position as i really enjoy working for transgrid. The company has a platform for gaining discounts on products and services that comes in quite handy and i have been able to save on groceries every week.
