No flexibility. Work hours are highly variable and project-driven. Flexibility exists in principle, but in practice it is often overridden by client demands, deadlines, and resourcing pressures. Your experience will depend heavily on your role, leader, and project environment.
Working from Home days are accessible, up-front conversations should be had around it so that the expectations are set. I am able to typically take at least one WFH day a week with no issue and it is common in the office to do so. The company also allows for 'Recharge Days' which can be taken with at least 7 days' notice, and requires no evidence to support the leave.
While the company is flexible with hours spent working, it has less lenience with the number of days able to be spent WFH, leading to longer days when factoring in commuting.
