The pay and bene?ts are awesome. Flexibility and work-life balance are amazing. Also many cool experiences within the workplace, like cultural events, walk on country, site visits/tours, various training.
Superannuation is really good. There is the recognition hub which has several discounts at shops.
There are no real outstanding benefits. Normal amounts of annual and sick leave. No mental health days, or birthday leave, both of which I have had at previous companies.
