While flexibility depends on the role and responsibility, the employer has made a reasonable accommodation whenever possible.
7 hrs 15 min working time, then 30 min lunch, and 10 min morning tea break. They're very flexible about this. You can arrive early and leave early, or arrive late and leave late. Do a longer day on one day and leave early on another. Can take breaks when it suits. Can work from home. Very flexible. Or from various offices.
7am-3pm Most days, and wfh Friday
My work hours are flexible within reason and I have the ability to work from home 2 days a week. My preferred work hours are 730-330.
