As a graduate, I am very happy with the base pay and benefits that have been provided so far. Super annuation is also paid at 14%, which is above the industry standard required. There is a difference in pay between Technical and non-technical graduates and as a non-technical grad, I'm paid less than the technical grads. However, understanding the industry requirements, I'm okay with my pay. As a grad, I work in a business critical role and there people working in the same role as me get paid a little more than, with the distinction being that I'm a grad. I get to work in a role that offers me opportunities to learn and develop my skills and I value that more over the pay.
The pay and benefits as a 3rd year graduate are extremely competitive.
