My employer is flexible with my hours. If I have university to attend or external appointments, they are happy to rearrange my days/time to best suit. Remote work is okay, however it is expected I attend the office 2-3 days a week which I am more than happy to do.

Very flexible with working arrangements. Encourages working at home when is suitable for us. Also expectation that we meet a certain number of ours a week with some flexibility to work those hours when suitable. E.g. working a couple hours more one day so that we can work a bit less another.
I work 2 days a week which works well as I am still studying
