I am personally not aware as I am in a grad programme so only know what happens over the next 18 months for me.
There is a development programme which is somewhat left up to you to converse with your leader about. In saying that, we also have personal coaches that we can talk to for guidance and mentorship where needed. There are salary reviews after 12 and 18 months.
I have not had that many conversations about promotions (besides after the graduate programme). There are many seniors in my team and since I am completing rotations outside of my core team, I will be able to potentially move to other parts of the business.
