We have mentor walks which allow employees to connect with others in different areas of the business. This allows employees to learn from those that have more experience in the industry. You can sign up as either a mentor or a mentee. There are weekly work pizza and drinks that encourage 'team bonding' and networking. There is great encouragement of social activity with work mates. There is a social club which hosts different monthly activities and pilates is on in the office every Tuesday lunch.
I made lifelong friends within the first week of working at 2degrees. Everyone is so kind and approachable, always willing to have a chat. Every Thursday we have after work drinks and pizza, allowing you to mix and mingle with people around the business and have a chat about things outside of work. It is a really nice way to make friends and break up the work week.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Many coworkers are friends outside of work also and social club is a great initiative to have families involved as well. 2degrees is quite hierarchical but most of the higher ups are approachable. We have drinks every Thursday after work.
