There are learning journeys you can take to support the LGBTTQIA+ community throughout work. The LGBTTQIA+ flag is on the doors of our reception. It is an incredibly supportive and safe place, everyone that works at 2d is incredibly valued no matter what they align with in that sense.
I am part of the women in tech programme, and we also have women at 2degrees awards that I was a finalist in. We also sponsor women in engineering, so I was aware of 2degrees from my time at university.
There are a plethora of different initiatives plus a council that collaborates on ideas to better the area.
