The pay is lesser than other graduates in the same cohort that have different titles e.g. developers etc (based off of overall market standard). The office is amazing, the WFH flexibility is fantastic and the benefits are great. You can get a subsidised Les Mills membership, discounts on JB Hi-Fi, health insurance, social club, wellness room etc.
Health insurance, free phone plan, broadband discount, generous leave policies
Social club offers discounted movie tickets, massages, and numerous other activities that happen monthly for staff to get involved in. Life insurance is included for all staff, along with a staff phone plan.
The pay at 2degrees for graduates seems pretty good, compared to the other entry level electrical engineering jobs that I have seen on the market. However, it is quite slow to get pay rises and we are not eligible for bonuses. 2degrees does have amazing perks, like a free phone plan and subsidised broadband. In addition, we can have 'paid leave' and health insurance. If you join social club for a small fee we have subsidised events and movie tickets.
