Very thorough, lots of different stages for the grad roles
The interview process and assessments were well structured. The whole experience was communicated clearly.
The interview process was challenging, but I felt supported the entire time. 2degrees had great communication throughout the process with prompt replies and were always there if you had any questions.
I have an unusual recruitment experience. I was part of the 2023/2024 internship programme and we completed a mini assessment centre where we had a 1-1 interview and a tour of the office along with a presentation from the current grads. I enjoyed it! I was offered the internship and at the end of my programme I was asked to come back for the graduate programme after I completed my degree.
