Super flexible! Each team has their own kind of rules but the general overall rule is 50/50. Again, totally depends on each team.

The general rule of thumb is 50/50. WFH half the time or come in half the time. Or, you can just come into the office everyday! It is quite flexible - in saying that, it is up to your leader to guide you and decide what is best.
2degrees is so flexible with work hours and hybrid work! I can work from home half the week and can leave the office at any time as long as I make up the hours later. I always work my full hours, sometimes more, but then I am allowed to take a bit of time off later.
