Promotions are not allowed in my project (this is not the case in other projects), which is disappointing given the effort I've put in. I have many years of education, prior experience and technical knowledge beyond the graduate level, consistently take on challenging tasks, and have received strong and positive feedback from my managers. Despite this, there are no promotion opportunities, even though they were mentioned during my interview. It also seems that high performance is not rewarded, as all graduates receive the same recognition regardless of contribution.
100%! I've had so many opportunities to grow, whether it was relocating to a new city, learning from different teams, or even leading projects independently. It's a very open and dynamic company that truly values fresh energy and new ideas. If you show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, there's no limit to the opportunities you can access
I have learnt quite a lot from a commercial and engineering perspective, however there have been certain times where I feel like I have been cornered due to the lack of resourcing available for others to fill the role.
