My experience with the interview process and assessments was very positive. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the recruiters were incredibly supportive at every stage. The program itself was thoroughly explained, which made it easy to understand what was expected and helped me feel confident and well-prepared.
My interview process came through a referral, which provided me access into the different disciplines into the company as an undergraduate. Face-to-face interviews are more personal and less jarring compared to online interviews. This provided the manager a better understanding of my willingness and enthusiasm for the role that can't be reflected in other outlets.
