Due to my role i don't take on massively important tasks. But i am given tasks that reflect my skill level and above to improve and challenge to learn
I have been handed many different types of projects, where i am given time to work them out and attempt on my own account. Constructive feedback is the used to help me learn. This is how i learn best so it suits me
Generally i find the tasks i am given are meaningful, impactful, and mentally stimulating and fulfilling. While stressful because of time restraints, generally the responsibilities i am given are enjoyable to work on. the wider environment around time pressure or not having support can create issues, mainly due to budget or resourcing constraints.
