The culture is great amongst the young professionals during and outside of work with lots of activities planned by the social committee. Good culture amongst teams and between everyone in the office. Structure is classic with team leads, managers, seniors, professionals, grads, and interns, with everyone socialising together and working alongside each other within their team and between teams. Cooperation and teamwork is always high due to the social and friendly culture around the office.
It's not a very social workplace, but it depends on the team. Especially some of the older folk expect people in their team to be in the office, and i feel that people are expected to constantly work more than their normal hours if required. In my team, everyone works very independently and there's not a lot of collaboration
Workplace culture is alright, definitely not the best considering a lot of people work from home, but its overall good!
