Yes, lots of opportunities. Only thing is that you don't get a say in your first two years of rotations, so can be put in a bad spot and have to dig it in for 6 months.
We remain in the graduate program for 18 months which allows you to get a taste of what various roles within the bank do on a day to day. Being such a large organisation, you are bound to find a team or area of the bank you enjoy and pursue.
The grad role takes you through to any role you see fit. Mostly progressing to a managerial role within two years.
Mobility from the graduation program is quite good, and rolling off into a team seems to be not too difficult.
You get the opportunity to roll off the programme after rotating around. However, it all comes down to what is available at the time. If you are really interested in an area and there aren't any roles then there's not much you can do.
