Great social scene and everyone wants to have a good time
Being such a large office and organisation it does vary from team to team but the no hierarchal alongside open layouts establishes the idea that no one is above another person.
Everyone gets along with everyone. Not so much hierarchy, everyone works together.
Quite a positive culture, focused a lot on personal development but it is well balanced with mental health and work life balance. Strikes a golden zone in my opinion.
Most people are always willing to help you as you are new to the company.
