One way interview, then they called and invited us up to Auckland.
Assessment day is an awesome way to get to know candidates and is a very enjoyable day for candidates themselves. It not only allows for recruitments of potential talent but facilitates networking between candidates and a chance to learn more about banking.
The process was difficult and was spread out across about three weeks, consisting of an online application, online interview and an in person assessment day. Very beneficial process, had lots of guidance and communication through out.
Two stage process after application, including an assessment day. It was quite a lot, but at the same time there was a lot of support throughout the process. Assessment day was both stressful and a cool experience. Was intense, with a presentation, activities and an interview. There were quite a few other graduates there, maybe 80. It was a good experience for meeting people and there were some collaborative activities. Although I was quite nervous, assessment day was a good experience. Although I'm not sure that would be the case in retrospect if I hadn't been hired.
The assessment day was much more casual than I expected it to be. I was expecting a very formal process however I think that it was very inclusive and much more laid back than what I expected.
