Haven't had much specific training.
Varies from team to team but a variety of modules are ready for use no matter what area of the bank you are in. There are also workshops for whatever team you are placed along with further chances to upskill with voluntary courses surrounding AI or other topics of interest.
We have good access to external trainings, as well as all necessary onboarding materials. Mileage may vary though depending on team, my team is quite good in this regard.
This is completely up to you and you will need to push your manager to help achieve your goals.
